The Effect of Exercise on Mental Health: Nursing Intervention for Patients with Anxiety Disorder

Abstract


Exercise has a positive impact on individual mood and anxiety level. Exercise intervention during the treatment of anxiety patients
can gradually improve the patients own resistance, and during aerobic exercise, resistance training and yoga exercise, it can improve the patients physical state while easing emotional indicators. Based on the analysis of the influence of exercise on patients with anxiety disorder,
this paper proposes the exercise intervention scheme, aiming at guiding patients to self-regulation through appropriate exercise.
