Research Progress on Exercise and Dietary Intervention for Patients with Osteoporosis

Abstract


Osteoporosis, as a common degenerative disease, is primarily characterized by reduced bone mass and decreased bone strength,
which can easily lead to fractures and significantly affect patients' quality of life. This article discusses the relevant risk factors of osteoporosis
and elucidates the potential mechanisms of exercise and dietary intervention in preventing osteoporosis.
