Research on the Application Value of Dual-Source CT Spectral Imaging Parameters in the Pathological Grading Evaluation of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Rui Mao

Abstract

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) poses a global threat to health. Preoperative non-invasive assessment of its pathological grade is
of great significance for formulating treatment plans and improving prognosis. This paper reviews the development status of dual-source CT
spectral imaging technology, summarizes the research progress of its quantitative parameters in liver lesion differentiation, liver cancer classification, pathological differentiation prediction, and immunotherapy efficacy evaluation, analyzes the diagnostic efficiency and model value
of the parameters, and summarizes the application potential and limitations, providing a reference for clinical practice.
