Beneficial effects of Plant-Based Diets on human and Planet Health

Abstract


With economic development, the discussion of food choice has become an emerging problem. The plant-based diets refer to more
fruits and vegetables, which have distinct strengths. For example, plant-based diets could help people to improve their health and control diseases such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
