Effectiveness of Drug and Non-Drug Interventions for Osteoporosis: A Systematic Review
Abstract
denosumab; bone formation promoters: teriparatide, romosozumab; and non-drug therapies: exercise, physical therapy, and nutrient supplementation. The treatment regimens included monotherapy, sequential therapy, or individual exercise therapy. The included literature used various methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention measures in treating osteoporosis.
