Analysis on the Cultivation of Digital Literacy and Role Transformation of Financial Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges Under Digital Empowerment

Abstract

Digitalisation has been advancing at an increasing pace, and now it is beginning to change the foundation and operating model of
financial work in higher vocational colleges. Financial staff are facing the actual difficulties of moving from traditional accounting to digitalisation. With the development of digitalisation, this paper will systematically examine how the financial environment of higher vocational
colleges has changed due to technology; explore the various connotations of digital literacy among financial staff; and uncover the internal
logic behind their role upgrade from accounting-oriented, back-office and record-keeping positions to management-oriented, collaborative and
value-creating roles. Based on the above analysis, the following cultivation paths are proposed: a hierarchical and classified training system, a
business-finance-technology integrated practical training platform, and a continuous-learning certification mechanism. It will build a transformation guarantee mechanism based on the three pillars of organisational support, technical assurance and dynamic evaluation. Based on the
above analysis, it can be concluded that the cultivation of digital literacy and role transformation are closely linked. They provide the first set
of references for the financial department at the higher vocational college to adapt to the digital transformation of education and need organised promotion and continuous optimisation.
