Jiliang Bi

Abstract

Under the background of the rapid development of mobile Internet, the life and study of college students are increasingly dependent on the Internet. However, the resulting information security risks are also increasingly serious, including personal privacy leakage, the
diversification of cyber attacks, and the security risks of public Wi-Fi. This paper puts forward governance strategies such as strengthening the
awareness of personal information protection, using security software and tools, and actively participating in information security education
and training, aiming to improve the information security literacy and self-protection ability of college students. Through these measures, it is
expected to effectively resist cyber threats, build a more secure and credible mobile Internet environment, and protect students digital life.
