Abstract


In the context of the rapid development of global communication technology, optical fiber communication transmission technology
has become an important driving force for modern informatization. This article introduces optical wavelength division multiplexing, fiber
optic access, the basic principles of optical switching and all-optical network technology, and their applications in missile control systems and
power systems are discussed. Finally, the potential and prospects of optical fiber communications in the future development are looked forward to. It is hoped that these analyzes can provide some new thinking and inspiration for the continuous optimization and wider application
of optical fiber communication technology.
