Abstract


The article discusses the talent demand situation from the aspects of globalization risk control, financial industry development and
enterprise demand, and then elaborates the talent supply situation, summarizes the deficiencies, and then puts forward optimization suggestions, aiming to promote the financial engineering talent training system of colleges and universities to adapt with the social demand, and deliver qualified talents for the financial field.
