Based on the Random Forest and the Factor Analysis Study on the Influencing Factors of Satisfaction of Hangzhou Digital Museum

Abstract


This study is based on the questionnaire data for empirical analysis, in order to be more scientific research, online we grabbed the
hot data information about Hangzhou digital museums on the network platform through python web crawler and made related word cloud
map, using text mining method to achieve the mining and analysis of the information hidden in the text, from which we derived the current
status of the development of digital museums in Hangzhou; Offline We used stratified sampling method to visit many Hangzhou digital museums to distribute questionnaires and conduct interviews, so as to obtain a large amount of research information. We first pre-processed the
questionnaire data and carried out the quality analysis of the questionnaire, analysed the importance of different influencing factors on satisfaction through the random forest model, and applied factor analysis to downsize the 12 factors affecting satisfaction, and came up with the
more important influencing factors of accessibility and convenience, emotional value and social value, and put forward feasible suggestions
from the aspects of the government, the enterprise and the society.
