How Artificial Intelligence is Reshaping the SaaS Landscape

Abstract


This study investigates the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration into the Software as a Service (SaaS) landscape in
terms of the challenges and opportunities in the field. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study discovered the critical factors influencing the integration of AI in SaaS landscape. Introducing the Porters Diamond Model, this study analysed the SaaS clusters competitive
environment, providing insights into how SaaS companies can adopt the AI technology into operation and products. Recommendations are
also presented for companies in the SaaS field to explore the potential of AI technology while facing the industrial and social challenges. This
study also made contributions to further discussion on AIs application in industrial revolution, providing the guidance for SaaS companies to
sustainably develop in the digital time.
