Research on the Ethical Risks and Strategies of “Resurrecting” the Dead Driven by Artificial Intelligence Technology

Abstract

In recent years, the “resurrecting” of the dead by artificial intelligence (AI) has aroused extensive ethical and legal discussions.
Based on the literature analysis of AI “resurrecting” the deceased, this paper deeply discusses and analyzes the motivation and application
boundary of AI “resurrecting” the deceased, and then constructs a “three-layer and six-realm” application framework of AI “resurrecting” the
deceased, and finally uses the application framework to discuss the ethical risks and governance strategies of AI “resurrecting” the deceased.
