Research and Application of Blockchain-Based Medical Data Security Sharing Technology

Tianzuo Zhang

Abstract

This study is based on blockchain and aims to improve the efficiency of medical data security sharing. Using the method of simulation experiment for comprehensive evaluation of the proposed technology, the experimental results verify the block chain medical data security sharing technology data encryption success rate, the decryption in data success rate, data tampering detection rate, system response time,
data availability, access control accuracy and data traceability accuracy have excellent performance. In terms of data encryption and decryption, the success rate is almost 100%, the response time of the system remains within an acceptable range, while the accuracy of access control
is 98.2%, and the accuracy of data traceability is close to 100%. This technology provides an effective solution to the problem of medical data
security sharing, with significant application value and broad prospect.
