Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures of Cloud Accounting in the Application of Accounting Practice

Abstract

Based on the application status of cloud accounting in Chinese enterprises, this paper systematically analyzes the problems of cloud
accounting in kind application: in terms of data security, facing the risks of information disclosure and system intrusion; In the aspect of system operation, there are some problems such as unskilled personnel operation and poor system adaptation. In terms of legal compliance, it is
faced with the dilemma of imperfect legal system and unclear regulatory requirements. In response to these problems, this paper puts forward
corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of practical application, including building security protection system,
optimizing business process management, improving compliance mechanism and other measures, aiming to provide references for enterprises
to better apply cloud accounting technology and promote the healthy development of accounting information construction.
