Abstract

Based on the questionnaire survey data, this research carries out statistical analysis, aiming to explore the influencing factors of
satisfaction of digital museums of Hangzhou. To ensure the scientific and comprehensive nature of the research, Python web crawler was
usedonline to capture the hot data about digital museums of Hangzhou and analyze the hidden information through text mining technology
to clarify the current development status; offline field visits were made to a number of digital museums of Hangzhou, and questionnaires
were distributed and interviews were conducted to obtain first-hand research information. The researcher first pre-processed and analyzed
the questionnaire data, then used the random forest model to quantify the importance of each influencing factor on satisfaction, and reduced the dimensionality of the 12 influencing factors with the help of factor analysis. The results show that accessibility and convenience,
emotional value and social value are the key influencing factors. Based on this, the researcher puts forward feasible suggestions from the
