In the context of intense talent competition and rapid technological innovation in the global petroleum industry, the Career-Edu
Navigation Intelligence (AI) project offers a brand-new approach to talent attraction and development. This article explores the projects
methods, findings, and significance in depth. By leveraging the Big Five Personality Assessment, data collection, and advanced analysis methods, the project aims to construct personalized employee profiles, providing a basis for targeted talent management strategies. The research
reveals insights into employees personality traits, soft skills, and capabilities, highlighting areas for improvement and offering practical suggestions to enhance organizational performance and talent development in the petroleum industry.
