Abstract
With the rapid development of the automobile industry, the continuous innovation of body design technology has become a key
factor to promote the upgrading of the automobile industry. This paper systematically discusses the technical trend and main technology of
modern automobile body design method, and deeply analyzes the development direction of lightweight, modularization, intelligence and electrification. On this basis, the application status of computer-aided design, virtual reality technology, modular design, digital prototype technology and aerodynamic simulation is emphasized. Through in-depth research and practice of these technologies, put forward the new ideas of
