Abstract


In the context of manufacturing transformation and upgrading, metal material processing technology plays a vital role in enhancing
industrial competitiveness. This paper focuses on the field of material forming and control engineering. By analyzing the principles of metal
material forming and aligning with national new materials industry policies, we systematically explore key technologies including mechanical
processing, plastic forming, and high-efficiency forming. The study demonstrates that optimizing process parameters and integrating intelligent control technologies can significantly improve processing accuracy and efficiency, providing technical support for advanced equipment
manufacturing.
