Research on AI-based UAV Logistics Scheduling and Safety Management

Yongbo Jin, Gaoyang Xie, Jianning Su, Jiayu Liu

Abstract

As one of the most disruptive components in smart logistics systems, drone logistics is rapidly transitioning from concept validation to large-scale implementation at an unprecedented pace. This paper explores the integration and cutting-edge applications of artificial
intelligence (AI) in drone logistics scheduling and safety management. It focuses on the core principles and implementation pathways of AI
technologiesparticularly machine learning, deep reinforcement learning, and intelligent optimization algorithmsspecifically in developing
efficient adaptive scheduling models, achieving real-time dynamic path optimization, and designing integrated intelligent scheduling systems.
The study innovatively proposes strategies for establishing a multi-level, proactive safety monitoring and early warning system based on AI.
