Abstract

Against the backdrop of digital transformation, this paper explores the dimensions of organizational agility and its correlation with
corporate performance. It analyzes the impact logic of digital transformation on organizational agility and proposes specific paths for building
agility and improving performance, providing a reference for enterprises to optimize digital strategies and enhance competitiveness.
