Research on the Design of a Future Smart Elderly Care Platform Based on Service Design
Abstract
Rapid population aging has made traditional elderly care models increasingly unable to meet the growing demand for diversified and
personalized services. From a service design perspective, this study analyzes the needs and pain points of elderly users to construct a smart
elderly care service blueprint and design a future-oriented elderly care platform. The platform integrates intelligent technologies, community
resources, and medicalelderly care services to support modern care expectations. Through AI-driven data analysis and personalized recom
mendations, the system enables health monitoring, community resource coordination, and contextualized life assistance, forming a "Home +
Cloud Platform + Mutual Support" care model. This model aims to improve the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of elderly care services.
