Construction of the Ecological System of Applied Nursing English Talents under the Vision of AI

Abstract


Against the backdrop of artificial intelligence technology being deeply integrated into the healthcare field, the cultivation of applied
nursing English talents faces new opportunities and challenges. This paper conducts research from three dimensions: restructuring the English
teaching content system supported by AI, enhancing students language application abilities and employment competitiveness, and fostering
autonomous learning capabilities and innovative thinking. It proposes a "technology-scenario-ability" tripartite ecosystem construction ap
proach. Through innovative tools such as virtual clinical simulation scenarios, intelligent diagnostic language models, and interdisciplinary
knowledge graphs, the study achieves precision, contextualization, and personalization in nursing English teaching, providing theoretical sup
port and practical solutions for the cultivation of interdisciplinary nursing talents under the backdrop of globalized healthcare.
