Technological Innovation Path of Material Forming and Control Engineering under the Concept of Green Manufacturing

Yuhao Yao

Abstract

Driven by dual forces of low-carbon transition and high-quality manufacturing development, green manufacturing has become the
core orientation for industrial upgrading. This study focuses on technological innovations in material forming and control engineering un
der the green manufacturing framework, analyzing the practical necessity of such advancements. It proposes innovative pathways including
developing green processes, adopting eco-friendly materials, integrating smart technologies, and enhancing recycling systems. The research
aims to provide actionable technical support for achieving energy conservation, pollution reduction, and quality-efficiency improvements in
this field, thereby helping the manufacturing sector align with sustainable development requirements.
