Design of Fisheries Data Assetization and Digital Twin Platform Based on Beidou
Abstract
tion in the digital transformation of the South China Sea's fisheries, this paper takes the Beidou positioning technology as the core support,
and leverage technologies such as blockchain and AI simulation to conduct research on the design of fisheries data assetization and digital
twin platform. This paper examines the current status of digital transformation in the fishing industry at home and abroad, analyzes the as
set attributes of Beidou fisheries data and the application value of digital twin technology, constructs an end-to-end mechanism for data as
setization and an all-factor digital twin platform architecture, clarifies the core technologies and implementation pathways in the platform
design, and verifies the feasibility and application benefits of the platform with specific data. Research shows that this platform can achieve
a closed-loop management ecosystem of Beidou fisheries data from collection, ownership confirmation, valuation to trading, enhance the
precision of digital twin models and the cross-border data collaboration capabilities, promote the transformation of the fishing industry
from experience-driven toward data-driven, and provide technical support and practical reference for the digital governance of fisheries in
the South China Sea.
