Abstract


With the continuous evolution of maritime technologies, the deep integration of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,
big data, and the Internet of Things with the maritime sector accelerate the shipping industry into a new stage of intelligent development.As
the core part of the shipping industry, the traditional management model of ship management has failed to meet the evolution requirements
of modern maritime technologies.As a result, smart transformation has become an inevitable trend. This paper anchors in the background of
evolving maritime technologies to analyze the current practical challenges in the smart transformation of ship management, and explores sci
entific and actionable transformation pathways grounded in the application characteristics of maritime technologies, aiming to provide theo
retical reference and practical guidelines for breaking through traditional bottlenecks in ship management, improving management efficiency,
and aligning with the evolution of maritime technologies, and promote the high-quality and intelligent development of the shipping industry.
