Abstract

erment, this paper conducts research and analysis from five aspects: teaching philosophy, curriculum design, teaching models, faculty, and as
sessment systems to address the main problems in the teaching of the Human Resource Management discipline in higher education, and pro
poses improvement plans in order to break through the constraints of traditional teaching models, improve teaching quality and the accuracy
of cultivation objectives, and thereby accelerate the digital transformation of Human Resource Management in higher education.
