Improvement of CNC Machine Tool Processing Techniques in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Automation

Lihui Hou, Yunlong Ma

Abstract

With the rapid development of the mechanical design, manufacturing and automation industry, as important processing equipment,
CNC machine tool processing techniques directly affect the quality of products, production efficiency, and the competitiveness of the entire
industry. CNC machine tool processing techniques integrate technologies from multiple fields such as mechanical design, automation control,
and materials science. Under the escalating demands of today's high-end manufacturing, traditional processing techniques struggle to meet the
standards of high precision, high flexibility, and high efficiency, making process improvement a critical pathway for driving industry transformation. This paper starts from the current application status of CNC machine tool processing techniques in mechanical design, manufacturing
and automation, analyzes the main challenges in current process execution, and focuses on elaborating the primary directions of process improvement and key technologies. It summarizes the practical significance and application efficacy of process improvement, predicts the future
development trend of CNC machine tool processing techniques, and provides reference and insights for relevant studies.
