Optimization Design of Precision Transmission Mechanisms in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation
Abstract
used in robots, CNC machine tools, and high-end aerospace equipment. Their quality directly affects the accuracy, stability, and reliability of
the entire machines. With industrial automation rapidly advancing toward intelligent precision, traditional precision transmission mechanisms
exhibit deficiencies in structural rationality, transmission efficiency, and energy consumption control, making it difficult to meet the stringent
modern equipment standards for high accuracy, low energy loss, and extended service life. This paper reviews the main types of precision
transmission mechanisms, important technologies for design improvement, and current status based on the technical characteristics of mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, analyzes the challenges during the design improvement process, and looks into the future.
