Model Innovation in Industry-Academia Collaboration for Finance and Economics Programs Enabled by Artificial Intelligence

Abstract


With the extensive use of artificial intelligence technology in Finance and Economics sectors, the traditional Industry-Academia Collaboration in Finance and Economics programs have failed to meet the requirements of industrial digital transformation, suffering from serious problems, such as superficial collaboration, resource dispersion, and misaligned talent supply and industry demands. Based on the impact of artificial
intelligence on the Finance and Economics sectors and the cultivation objectives of Finance and Economics programs, this paper starts from the
existing problems in current Industry-Academia Collaboration, and studies how to utilize artificial intelligence to promote the development of innovative collaboration models. That is, it improves the quality of financial and economic professionals to meet the evolving needs of enterprises by establishing mutually beneficial cooperative relationship, reasonably allocating resources, and reforming the talent cultivation programs, etc., thereby
providing reference and insights for the high-quality development of Industry-Academia Collaboration in Finance and Economics programs.
