The Practical Challenges and Improvement Paths for Optimizing the Management of the Cultural and Creative Industry in the Digital Age

Abstract


The widespread application of digital technologies has propelled the cultural and creative industry into a new phase of high-quality
development, while also imposing higher demands on the optimization and upgrading of industrial management models. Currently, China's
cultural and creative industry management faces practical challenges such as insufficient collaboration among multiple stakeholders, inadequate adaptability of regulatory mechanisms, superficial application of technologies, and an incomplete support framework, making it difficult
to fully meet the ecological restructuring requirements brought about by industrial digital transformation. Based on the technical characteristics and regulatory logic of digital development, this paper systematically analyzes the core objectives and practical bottlenecks in optimizing
cultural and creative industry management. It proposes concrete pathways for improving management models across four dimensionsmultistakeholder collaboration, mechanism innovation, technological empowerment, and enhanced safeguardsto provide theoretical references
and practical guidance for enhancing management efficiency and advancing the industry's digital transformation.
