AI Visual Intelligent Paint Removal Robot

Abstract

Aiming at addressing a series of long-standing pain points in the field of ship deck paint removal, including low operation efficiency, severe environmental pollution and high construction costs, this study develops and designs a special intelligent paint removal robot
for ship decks by combining the categories of ship deck paint layers and their material properties. This equipment integrates a mobile walking
module, an intelligent identification module, a paint removal operation module and a waste paint collection and treatment module, and can
realize integrated continuous operation of ship deck paint removal and waste paint collection. This research provides technical support for the
transformation, upgrading and high-quality development of the ship deck paint removal industry.
