Abstract

In the context of comprehensive construction of smart cities, intelligent technologies are continuously integrating with residential
building design. This constitutes a primary implementation pathway for enhancing Human Settlement Environment and elevating holistic habitability. This study takes AIoT-enabled residential architecture as the research object, summarizes the design connotations and development
status of AIoT-enabled Human Settlement Environment, explores the key strategies for how Intelligent technologies to catalyze the improvement of Human Settlement Environment from three dimensions: spatial layout, ecological environment, and safety services, and analyzes current design issues such as insufficient adaptability and lack of humanistic dimensions.
