Application and Practical Research of Digital Twin + VR Technology in Virtual Simulation Training for Logistics

Abstract


Grounded in the practical training needs of logistics vocational education, this paper analyzes the synergistic empowerment mechanism between digital twin and VR technologies, establishing a comprehensive application framework encompassing "data collectionmodel
constructionscenario developmentinteractive trainingeffect evaluation." Practical designs are developed for three typical scenarios:
cold chain logistics, warehousing and distribution, and cross-border logistics. The study proposes three implementation strategiestechnical
safeguards, teaching integration, and resource sharingto provide theoretical support and practical references for innovating logistics vocational training models, thereby facilitating the cultivation of high-quality logistics technical and skilled professionals.
