Battery Module-to-Pack (MTP) Assembly Automation for Thermal Management Integration Technology
Abstract
modules to battery packs (MTP). By building a thermal structural coupling simulation model, the influence of key parameters such as cooling
flow rate, interface material, and assembly preload on the internal temperature distribution and structural performance of the battery pack was
analyzed, and an optimization plan was proposed in combination with automated assembly technology. Based on this, key technologies for
mold assembly positioning, thermal management system integration, and intelligent detection were further summarized, and the optimization
plan was confirmed by on-site monitoring data. The results indicate that the proposed technological path can effectively enhance the temperature uniformity of battery packs, reduce peak temperatures, ensure structural reliability, and achieve the goal of synergistic optimization of
thermal performance and manufacturing processes. It has reference value in the engineering application of power battery systems.
