Research on Optimization of Enterprises' Precision Marketing Strategies and Customer Relationship Management Driven by Artificial Intelligence Algorithms
Abstract
extensive-spreading marketing model is plagued by high costs, low conversion rates and severe customer churn. Powered by core capabilities including data mining, user profiling, predictive modeling and personalized recommendation, artificial intelligence algorithms provide
solid technical support for enterprises to implement precision marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). At present, corporate
marketing is confronted with multiple drawbacks such as ambiguous user portraits, homogeneous marketing strategies, inefficient customer
outreach, crude customer segmentation and delayed churn early warning. This paper constructs an integrated optimization framework covering algorithm modeling, refined user profiling, intelligent recommendation, dynamic operation and churn early warning. It further explores
integrated strategies for precision marketing and CRM enabled by AI algorithms, offering theoretical references and practical guidelines for
the digital upgrading of corporate marketing.
