The Effects of Digital Transformation on Corporate Innovation Capability and Organizational Performance

Siting Xu

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a crucial strategy for enterprises seeking to enhance innovation capability and organizational performance in a rapidly changing business environment. By integrating digital technologies, data resources, intelligent systems, and redesigned
business processes, digital transformation strengthens data-driven decision-making, knowledge acquisition, innovation activities, and crossfunctional collaboration. It also improves organizational performance through greater operational efficiency, customer responsiveness, supplychain coordination, and strategic flexibility. However, successful digital transformation depends not only on technology adoption but also on
organizational readiness, leadership support, talent development, data governance, and cultural change. Sustainable performance gains can be
achieved when digital capabilities are effectively integrated with innovation and organizational transformation.
