Optimizing Business Management Practice Education Systems through AI-Enabled Business Practical Training
Abstract
The deep integration of the digital economy and AI technology has led to profound changes in the practice education models of
Business Administration. Traditional Business practical training systems suffer from inherent drawbacks. AI technology has three major advantages: scenario simulation, intelligent empowerment, and precision education. It can solve problems, such as monolithic practice-oriented
teaching scenarios, education homogeneity, discontinuity in industry-education articulation, of Business Administration. This paper starts from
the reform in Business practical training, analyzes the contemporary significance of AI- empowered Business Management practice education,
summarizes current problems in the professional practice education systems, explores new pathways for the integration of AI and practical
training teaching, and establishes a whole-process practice education system adapting to the digital-intelligence age, aiming to provide reference basis for the reform of Business Management talent cultivation in higher education institutions.
