Abstract
Under the wave of digital-intelligent transformation, AI operation is the key approach for the innovative development of small
and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises. This paper focuses on the implementation of AI operation in small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises as research object, analyzes the challenges such as weak data foundations, poor technology adaptation, and insufficient
organizational talents, offers optimization strategies from three aspects: data management, technology application, and organizational
structure establishment, aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for small and medium-sized e-commerce enterprises
to implement low-cost and high-efficiency AI operation, and catalyze them to achieve sustainable development in the digital-intelligent
environment.
