Research on Path and Practical Effect of Artificial Intelligence Technology Empowering Production and Operation Management in Manufacturing Enterprises
Abstract
technology has become a core solution for manufacturing enterprises to tackle prominent pain points including low productivity, imbalanced
inventory, unstable product quality and insufficient collaborative operation. At present, the production and operation management of most
manufacturers is plagued by fragmented data, experience-based decision-making, extensive production scheduling, post-event quality control
and poor supply chain collaboration, which hinder enterprises from achieving high-quality development. Based on practical AI application
scenarios, this paper constructs a five-in-one empowerment framework covering data governance, intelligent decision-making, flexible production, intelligent quality control and supply chain collaborative optimization. Combined with industrial cases and quantitative indicators, it
analyzes the practical effects of AI implementation, and provides theoretical references and practical suggestions for the digital and intelligent
transformation of manufacturing companies.
