Research on the Path for Business Institutions to Achieve Sustainable Expansion through Empowering the Strategic Team’s Capabilities in the Era of AI and New Media

Abstract

In the digital economy era, generative AI and new media are reshaping the supply model of business continuing education. Market-oriented on-the-job business schools generally face expansion bottlenecks such as imbalance between teaching supply and demand, high cost of offline operation, and difficulty in replicating cross-regional branch campuses. This paper, based on the theories of connectivism, situated cognition, and institutional large-scale operation, selects the Asian Doctor Digital Panlearn Middle Platform and the O2O hybrid teaching system of the Shenzhen Branch of the Hong Kong Asian Business School as empirical samples. It examines the development difficulties of traditional business education in five dimensions: teaching delivery, content iteration, community operation, quality evaluation, and chain expansion. It dissects the internal mechanisms of AI and new media reshaping courses, operations, and management systems. Relying on the self-developed five-dimensional O2O ubiquitous learning ecosystem model, it demonstrates that the digital platform connects the entire online theoretical and offiine practical scenarios, accumulates the data of all learners throughout the cycle, builds a cross-border learning community, and realizes standardized output of teaching resources and lightweight expansion of branch campuses.
