Abstract


In the new educational landscape, cultivating the abilities and competencies of college students is one of the core objectives. It is crucial to guide them to actively participate in classroom activities and enhance their engagement. With China entering the era of digitalization, various digital technologies have been integrated into teaching practices, fostering innovation in teaching methods and creating an enriched learning atmosphere that encourages student involvement. In this context, students proactiveness has significantly increased, leading to comprehensive improvements in their skills and competencies. This article begins by analyzing the advantages of educational digital transformation and subsequently focuses on exploring reform strategies for college English education within the framework of digital transformation. These insights are intended as a valuable reference for educators and stakeholders in the field of education.
