Haixiang Xiong

Abstract

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, mobile reading has become an important way for college students to obtain information and learn knowledge. As an important support for teaching and research, university libraries actively respond to this change and have launched mobile reading services to meet the mobile reading needs of university users. However, despite the many advantages of mobile reading services, their utilization rate is affected by various factors, resulting in unsatisfactory service performance. Therefore, this article aims to explore the influencing factors of the utilization rate of mobile reading services in university libraries and propose corresponding response strategies, in order to provide reference for the optimization of mobile reading services in libraries.
