Research on the Integration of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture Education into the Teaching Practice of Tourism English Course

Abstract


This study explores the effective strategies of integrating the excellent traditional Chinese culture education into the course of Tourism English, aiming to improve the students cross-cultural communication ability and cultural confidence. This paper analyzes the problems existing in teaching, and puts forward the strategies of course content integration, teaching method innovation, cross-cultural communication ability cultivation and practical activities expansion. By integrating cultural elements and language skills, adopting interactive and experiential teaching methods, simulating tour guide activities, and organizing students to participate in cultural festival activities, this study aims to build a comprehensive and in-depth teaching system of Tourism English, which provides a solid foundation for students future career and cultural communication.
