Research on the Alleviation Strategies of Vocal Stage Performance Anxiety in Music Education

Abstract


This paper discusses the causes and alleviation strategies of vocal stage performance anxiety in music education. Through methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire surveys, and case studies, the research found that individual psychological quality, performance experience, and environmental adaptability are the main factors leading to vocal stage performance anxiety. In response to these issues, effective strategies such as improving students psychological quality, strengthening professional skills training, and creating a good performance environment have been proposed.
