Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, the blended online and offline teaching mode is gradually emerging in university physical education courses as a new teaching method. This mode leverages the flexibility and personalized advantages of online teaching, as well as the practicality and interactivity of offline practice, to improve the effectiveness of physical education courses. This paper explores the specific impact of the blended teaching mode on the effectiveness of university physical education courses and proposes relevant application strategies and suggestions for improvement.
