Differentiated Teaching Strategies for High School Mathematics Based on Mathematical Core Competencies

Abstract


With the competence education concept of core competence steadily carried out, the drawbacks of traditional teaching mode have been gradually revealed. Differentiated teaching strategies should be adopted to effectively cultivate students core competencecompetence and improve their learning capability in mathematics teaching and studying. This article focuses on high school mathematics teaching, proposing possible suggestions for differentiated teaching from such aspects as teaching objectives, tasks and methods, content, and assessment, with the aim at providing references for high school mathematics teachers, refining traditional teaching models, and enhance students learning effect.
