Probe into the Reform Path of Taekwondo Teaching in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Humanistic Spirit

Abstract


In the process of promoting Taekwondo teaching reform in colleges and universities, the integration of humanistic spirit can not only promote the overall improvement of students physical quality, but also enable students to develop good cultural literacy and moral quality. Based on the humanistic perspective, this paper discusses the content, mode and mode of Taekwondo teaching reform, comprehensively guarantees the quality and effect of Taekwondo education, and gives full play to the educational value of Taekwondo by conveying cultural connotation, developing students physical and mental quality and enhancing students sense of social responsibility, so as to cultivate students into all-round and responsible social citizens.
