Research on Leadership Training Strategies for College Students From the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Abstract


As societys requirements for the comprehensive qualities of college students increase, leadership has become one of the core competencies in higher education. This paper explores strategies for cultivating leadership among college students from a positive psychology perspective. By analyzing the theories and practices of positive psychology, it clarifies the critical role of factors such as self-efficacy, emotional management, social support systems, and teamwork in the development of leadership among college students. The cultivation of leadership among college students should focus on enhancing self-efficacy and positive emotions, building effective social support systems, improving emotional management and decision-making skills, and shaping psychological qualities and leadership styles. These strategies provide theoretical guidance and practical foundations for the comprehensive improvement of leadership among college students.
