Integration Study of Mental Health Education and Vocational Competence Cultivation for Higher Vocational Students

Xue Su

Abstract

This study focuses on the integration mechanism of mental health education and vocational competence cultivation for students in higher vocational colleges. By addressing the workplace adaptability challenges arising from the separation of these two aspects in current educational practices, the study proposes a three-dimensional integration strategy centered on occupational scenario-based teaching cases, innovative teaching method design, and the construction of a school-enterprise collaborative platform. The innovation of this research lies in establishing a psychological-vocational dual-dimensional cultivation model, which provides practical pathways for optimizing the higher vocational education system. This has significant practical significance for enhancing the comprehensive quality of talents.
