Ji Xu

Abstract

In the context of compulsory education in Jingmen City, the disparity in the allocation of physical education resources not only reflects the imbalance in the distribution of educational resources but also reveals deeper issues related to local development. The significant gaps between urban and rural areas in terms of sports facilities, teacher availability, and participation in physical activities affect students physical fitness and overall development. By conducting an in-depth analysis of the current state of physical education resources in Jingmen City, this paper explores the fundamental factors contributing to urban-rural disparities and proposes improvement strategies centered on policy adjustments and resource reallocation. These measures aim to promote balanced development of physical education for students across urban and rural areas and to ultimately create a fairer environment for holistic student growth.
